Duke University - MA, 2011 Southern Methodist University - BA, 2009 I graduated early with my BA. I studied English with minors in Medieval Studies and Anthropology. I subsequently studied at Duke, where I also finished my MA early. At Duke, I studied both English and Anthropology.
Experience
I used to teach at an elite private high school in Dallas, TX. I taught AP English Language, World Literature, and American Literature. I have also taught and tutored writing to all levels of high school and college. While I was at Duke, I tutored the Duke athletes in English, writing, and Anthropology. I am a national champion debater and public speaker. And, I used to coach high school speech and debate.
