PhD in Mathematics, Central University of Venezuela / University of Toronto. I have more than 10 years of experience teaching college math. I love teaching and am very comfortable teaching math to high school students as well. Currently, I am a Teaching Assistant Professor at the University of Denver, and have taught in universities in Venezuela, Colombia and the USA. I feel comfortable teaching to diverse types of students from different cultural backgrounds and levels.

I feel comfortable teaching to diverse types of students from different cultural backgrounds and levels. I have being a tutor ever since I started teaching. One of the things that I enjoy the most is servicing my students during office hours in a one on one basis because that is a great opportunity to really understand what a student is requiring and needing in order to improve and succeed in class, and to identify and taylor a particular strategy in order to achieve that goal. I apply the same idea when I am tutoring.
