I love teaching and am very comfortable teaching math to high school students as well. Currently, I am a Teaching Assistant Professor at the University of Denver, and have taught in universities in Venezuela, Colombia and the USA. Currently, I am a Teaching Assistant Professor at the University of Denver, and have taught in universities in Venezuela, Colombia and the USA. I feel comfortable teaching to diverse types of students from different cultural backgrounds and levels. I have being a tutor ever since I started teaching. One of the things that I enjoy the most is servicing my students during office hours in a one on one basis because that is a great opportunity to really understand what a student is requiring and needing in order to improve and succeed in class, and to identify and taylor a particular strategy in order to achieve that goal. I apply the same idea when I am tutoring.

Hobbies
I love math, yoga, reading, hiking, the mountains and the beach. I enjoy traveling. I have lived in Caracas, Venezuela; Toronto, Canada; Bogota, Colombia and Denver, Colorado. I have also visited several other places in Brazil, Spain, the Netherlands, Argentina, Jamaica, Panama, Curaçao and Portugal. I can play the guitar and sing. I love music. Jazz, latin, reggae, dub, rock... good music!
