Experience

I am a recent graduate of Binghamton University in New York, where I earned a bachelor's degree in molecular and cell biology. While in school, I took on the role of a teaching assistant and tutored students in the natural sciences. Besides taking classes and tutoring, I also conducted microbiology experiments at the Center for Biofilm Research.I am able to help students in the sciences as well as other fundamental subjects. I have experience tutoring biology, cell and molecular biology, microbiology, earth and life sciences, and organic chemistry. I am also able to help students become more knowledgeable about American history and social studies. I can help students improve their literacy skills by working with them on their reading, writing, and editing competencies. I can also help students prepare for several AP exams in the sciences and history, as well as the IB exam in biology. When I am not immersed in science, you can find me playing basketball with my friends or practicing my saxophone.
