Private tutor in Denver, CO

Education

University of Maryland, College Park - BS, Biochemistry

Experience

I went to the University of Maryland and earned my degree in biochemistry. I believe that all knowledge is valuable, but I love the sciences. The ability to understand and explain the world is powerful, and helps students not just have success in the course, but also to develop an appreciation of the sciences as well. I've seven years of experience as a private tutor, and two years of experience tutoring for universities. My teaching methods work, and I'm easy to get along with. I can tutor students in algebra, calculus one and two, pre-calculus, trigonometry, chemistry, organic chemistry, and other related topics. I'm also a fluent Spanish speaker, and I can help you with that as well. In my free time I like to run, ride my bike, cook, hike, and play chess.
