I love teaching. I am a believer in making learning fun, or the information will not be retained and will serve no purpose in the future. To this end, I have created lessons consisting of cultural lessons, trivia games, and zombie attacks that all directly related to the material. I am a lifelong academic, and I know that while learning may sometimes be challenging, it is one of life's greatest pleasures. Sometimes a student may be frustrated or anxious; however, these are mere challenges they can overcome with the right encouragement. As your tutor, I can help you reach your academic goals and have fun at the same time.Much of my youth was spent in southern France. I went to school in France and, therefore, have a deep appreciation for the language and culture. My first master's is in French language and literature. My second master's is in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). I also have an education specialization. I am now working on a third master's degree in Spanish language and literature with a specialization in linguistics. I taught ESL at a professional school; my students were from around the globe and of varying ages (13-88). I taught French at a university for two years. I have tutored the subjects of professional writing, French, and Spanish, as well as basic study skills. In my leisure time, I'm an avid reader and I like to do art projects.
