Experience
I instructed after-school art classes at Artisan Studio 9 in Marlboro, NJ. The children were aged 3 - 12 and all had different interests and experiences with making art; I taught drawing, painting, paper mâché and various crafting classes divided by age groups. I also assisted with arts & crafts birthday parties and "art summer camp" classes in Summer 2010.

Hobbies
I involved myself in fine art classes outside of primary school for fourteen years, and have been making art on my own for as long as I can remember. Attending several colleges to further my art education not only gave me extensive knowledge of art history, but inspired me to want to teach and help young people looking to get into the arts who may not be sure of how to start. I know what high schools and colleges expect of current students going into the arts as I just completed by Bachelor's in 2013. My recent work is displayed online at www.theglitterpainter.com. Those paintings and drawings have been featured in shows around the East Coast and in Denver, CO. I also have a strong interest in creative writing. I excelled in many writing courses throughout secondary and post-secondary school. When I'm not making art I am writing poetry, cooking, or with friends outdoors, exploring and making life memorable!
