Education
I graduated from Duke University in 2009 with a B.A. in Psychology, Graduation with Distinction. I am currently a doctoral student in clinical psychology at the University of Denver, Graduate School of Professional Psychology (expected graduation date: 2019).
Experience
I have over four years of experience tutoring the SAT and GRE to high school and college students, respectively. Much of this experience I gained from founding and running a test prep company in Beijing. I work with students of all ability levels, and have especially extensive experience working with students from Asian-American and Asian cultural backgrounds. Now I am back in the US for grad school, and still enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring students of higher education. In addition to test prep, I also have experience doing admissions counseling work - everything from school selection to application presentation, from interview skills training to personal statement editing/consulting.
