Private tutor in Denver, CO

Ohio State University - BA, Philosophy

Hi, I'm Danielle. I can tutor students in a wide variety of subjects, such as math, where I tutor in elementary math, through all algebra, and up to calculus 2. I tutor all levels of German, as well. I'm also good at tutoring students for standardized test prep, such as the ACT, SAT, PSAT, and LSAT.  I have tutored many subjects, but I enjoy tutoring in German, math, and standardized test prep the most. My tutoring style includes making learning fun. I believe that we learn the most when we are having fun. I have found that this rings true especially in math, so I use fun and silly ways to engage my students in the material we are learning. I look forward to giving my students a fun and rewarding tutoring experience.I graduated with honors from Ohio State University. I earned a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and minored in Persian and International Studies, and Women's and Gender Studies. Before I began college, I went to Germany through the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Scholarship for a year. I have since continued to travel around the U.S., down the Pacific Coast, to Montreal, Italy, Spain and Germany. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, dancing, and meditating.
