I several years of peer workshop experience. I worked as an editor for over a year, and in radio broadcasting--these two jobs gave me the ability to work collaboratively, and gave me a keen eye for writing that is concise and clear. I have given several presentations in class and at conferences, which was a moment in which I could help educate others. I am willing to do the first fifteen minutes of a session free, to make sure we're a good fit. I have taken AP History, AP Literature, ACT, and the GRE. I scored the best in the GRE writing, with a score of 5.5, meaning I was placed in the 97% for that group. I want to be a tutor because I find education to be the most important aspects of life.
