I have a lot of teaching experience with 9th grade specifically in Algebra 1. This past year I worked for a non-profit called City Year, an AmeriCorps program, and worked over 1700 hours, many of which were tutoring/ working in the classroom. I am very willing to work with anyone and even if I don't know the content immediately, I am able to work through it with the student until he or she completely grasps the idea. Teaching is something that I foresee in my future whether it be Teach For America after I graduate or years later after I complete my goal of joining the PeaceCorps. I love working with kids of all ages and teaching is something I am very passionate about.

My name is Nadine and I am very outgoing. I play for the club soccer and club ice hockey team here at DU while also taking 16 credits and maintaing a 3.5 GPA. I am heavily involved in the environmental team, international students organization, and I volunteer whenever the possibility arises. My long term goal is to be a teacher. Tutoring and working with youth is something I am very passionate about and interested in and if money wasn't a necessity I would do it for free. I am very willing to work with kids of all age levels.
