I am a TEFL certified English instructor with over four years of international experience with all levels of learning. I spent four years teaching English in South Korea, working with preschool and kindergarten students, building phonics skills and developing literacy. I also taught elementary writing, reading, grammar, and study skills as well as tutoring students one-on-one or in group settings. Currently, I teach pre- and beginning literacy courses to adult English learners at a nonprofit in Aurora. I am available to help with conversational skills, phonics practice, building literacy, improving grammar and writing, or reviewing homework, assignments, or test prep. I particularly enjoy interactive, fun lessons that build confidence and foster an interest in the subject at hand.
