I have been a tutor since 1991. I have also taught at colleges for 14 years. I love teaching and I have been very effective in helping students do well in their classes and even develop a liking for the subject they used to struggle with. One-on-one is the best way to help someone make sense out of any subject. I pride myself upon being able to walk in the student's shoes and helping her/him to see simplicity where everything used to look complicated beyond hope. Hobbies
I love listening to classical music and opera; I have much training in acting and I do appreciate good plays and well-made movies. I also love documentaries about the universe as well as about ancient civilizations. My hobbies are yoga, jogging, Tae Bo workout, healthy cooking. Travel is a must; I have been to many countries and have experienced different cultures. I read good books such as philosophy books and Shakespeare, and I keep educating myself with a view to continuously becoming a better person.
