I recently started working at West Middle School in Cherry Creek this school year as an AVID tutor. I am thoroughly enjoying my time spent working with the middle school students, and helping them work through challenges that arise in their assignments. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner who enjoys sharing my passion for learning with others. I enjoy teaching and am patient with students as I work with them to find approaches of learning and studying that work best for the individual. I am a recent college graduate of Principia College, and received a Bachelor's degree in Education from the school. I've taken several courses in education that focus on the best way in which to help students succeed. I consider myself proficient in many areas including math, social studies, history, English, Spanish, writing, and music. As a tutor, I find great pleasure in helping students realize their talents and strengths and helping them realize their true potential.
