I'm a specialist in literary analysis, essay writing, environmental ethics, and creative writing tutoring. I also help students writing college essays. I've provided professional copy-editing skills for many. I work as a copywriter and editor. I've also worked as a college professor in Colorado, at the Colorado School of Mines, and in Iowa, at the University of Iowa, for 7+ years combined. I've tutored all types of students--from high school to college. Hobbies
I write poetry, criticism, essays, and am an avid photographer, cyclist, and traveler. I biked across the country in my early twenties, have built hiking trails in national forests and wilderness, and worked as an environmental educator. IN the past few years, I've traveled to Africa (Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa), the Middle East (Jordan, Israel), and all over North America (from the deserts to the plains, the mountains to the Great Lakes; from New England to the Pacific Northwest).
