I completed a Masters of Art in Literary Studies at the University of Denver, Denver, CO, in June of 2014. Prior to enrolling in the Denver program, I received a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from Samford University in Birmingham. I completed my undergraduate degree in May of 2011.

Experience

One year as tutor to a middle school student in all subjects, one semester as a teaching assistant in an undergraduate English class SAT score: 1380 ACT score: 33 Undergraduate GPA: 3.85 Graduate GPA: 4.0 I am currently living and working in international education, with the intention of eventually completing a PhD and becoming a university professor. I have found tutoring in the past to not only be helpful to my students but to also help me as I prepare for becoming a teacher myself.

Hobbies
