Private tutor in Denver, CO
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
I tutored mathematics and physics at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Comm. College for 3 years. I have also been providing private tutoring over the past 4 years. I absolutely love teaching math and physics to other students. It gives me an immense feeling of satisfaction to be the person that helps a student see and understand the methods of solving a problem. I integrate real world applications into my teaching methods to help students understand how powerful and useful mathematics and physics is in the world around us. My most favorite question to answer is "Why am I learning this; when will I ever use it?" The following is a list of relevant classes I have taken over my high school and college career: Geometry, Algebra I & II, Pre-Calculus Algebra, Pre-Calculus Trigonometry, Calculus I, II, & III, Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Linear Algebra I & II, Fundamentals of Higher Mathematics, Numerical Analysis, Complex Variables, Chaos Theory, General Chemistry I & II, Physics I & II, Modern Physics, Experimental Physics, Thermal Physics, Nonlinear Dynamics, Electricity and Magnetism Theory, Quantum Mechanics I & II
