Private tutor in Denver, CO
Senior Socio-legal Studies and French Major at the University of Denver
Experience working with children as nanny (helped with homework). Received IB diploma. I am interested in working in the field of education post-graduation before law school (interested in education law). What sparked this interest is the realization of the importance of positive education practices starting early on. Education can make or break someone's self-perception despite the fact that everyone is capable of being educated, even if it doesn't look the same for everyone. I think it is very important to have more people that are genuinely dedicated to teaching what is on the curriculum but also to create an environment where each child is able to realize their full potential. I have a lot of experience writing college-level essays, am fluent in French, am in the process of becoming fluent in Spanish, and have always been able to read at a proficient level.

I enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors. I just got done studying abroad in Costa Rica and definitely spent a lot of time outside exploring there. Back in Colorado, I ski on the weekends wherever my Epic Pass allows me to. Aside from that, just listening to music is a very big hobby of mine. I enjoy making playlists and discovering new artists in my free time. I also have spent my fair share of time watching Netflix original series, but being a student I truly do not have too much down time for hobbies.
