In college, I majored in Literary Studies and Writing Practices while working as a writing consultant at the University of Denver's Writing Center where I tutored students of all ages and skill levels to improve their writing in a variety of disciplines. I have a Masters in Instruction and Curriculum from the University of Denver and am currently a secondary English teacher in the Denver Public School District.

I have been tutoring middle and high school students since I was a sophomore in high school myself and discovered my passion for teaching.
