I Graduated Magna cum Laude with the following degrees: Master's in Applied Physics, Colorado School of Mines, and Bachelor's in Engineering Physics, Colorado School of Mines as well. I was the Valedictorian in high school with a 4.39 GPA, 4.00 unweighted and finished as a National Merit Scholar Semifinalist (top 1% of country).
Experience
I have tutored over 1200 hours in science and math in the past 2 and a half years alone and worked with around 200 students between piano and tutoring. Tutoring and teaching is my full job and I do it well to help my students succeed! Taught piano for over 6 years. Retrained in Taubman Technique for piano from beginning. Top 4 finisher of Littleton Symphony Orchestra Piano Concerto Competition. Two degrees in physics (heavy in math as well!). Taken almost a dozen classes in math, a dozen classes in physics, and the following college-level music classes: Music theory, music composition and arrangement, musical traditions of the western world. 35 on the ACT. 4.39 GPA in high school (Valedictorian). Graduated college Magna cum Laude. I love teaching and have not only done so for years, but have TAed multiple classes in college.
