Experience

While my educational focus is in literature (I have a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland), my real passion extends to the whole world. Having been to more than 36 countries, I consider myself a world traveler, and a student of everything the world has to offer. I do not limit myself to tutoring in English, as I am also well-suited to helping with test prep. Some of the tests that I can help students prepare for include the SAT, GRE, TEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, IB, and AP exams. Student success is incredibly important to me, and I do not let anything get in the way of that. When not studying (I am currently earning an advanced degree in teaching English as a foreign language), I enjoy reading, watching movies, writing, working out, and playing video games. I am also a huge fan of playing and watching sports. One of my greatest passions, however, is still travel. I love learning about unique cultures from places as far flung as Argentina, South Korea, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. This has helped to shape my worldview in truly positive ways.
