My name is Graham Hill. I am a 27 year old graduate student living in downtown Denver, CO, and going to school at university of denver. I am studying Environmental policy and management. I hope to become a natural resource specialist for the EPA or BLM some day. I am originally from Chicago, IL, but have lived in Tucson, AZ, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Geneva, switzerland, and throughout New Zealand.

My student career has shown improvement at every step of the way. In high school, I struggled with a heart condition my junior year, and it side-tracked me for a few years. I was forced to not go away my first 2 years, and went to junior college. I was able to regroup and head off to the University of Arizona in 2001. I graduated with a B.A. in psychology in 2005. I was sure I wanted to get a PsyD. in clinical psychology until I went to train and play tennis in New Zealand in 2006. After 8 months of traveling and living, I realized my passion lie with the environment. I currently am studying natural resource management at DU, with a 3.71 GPA. I've also taken the GRE, receiving a 1200 on the test.

I have been a tennis teaching professional for 7+ years now. I have taught all ages, 5 to adult, the game of tennis. I have taught in every setting imaginable and to all ages. It is for this reason I would like to tutor. Also, I know what it is like to struggle in school, having struggled in High School, but I have realized what the payoff is and find school to be enjoyable now.

Hobbies:

I feel that I'd be a good fit for most anyone because my passion for life is undeniable. I play basketball and tennis at a very high level. I love to mountain bike, hike, and snowboard. I also love to read and write, and play the guitar.

I am also an executive member of the Colleges Against Cancer organization at the University of Denver and co-chair the Relay for Life event that we organize on campus annually. I volunteer weekly at The Children's Hospital where I love playing with kids and making them smile.
